This class will cover the basic foundations of tea and how to sell it.

Learn how to determine the best teas to stock, proper handling, storage, preparation, and how tea can become a huge profit centre for your café.

This class will include a tasting of teas and a discussion of tea cupping and sommelier terms.

The presenter will be industry expert Shabnam Webber, president of the Tea and Herbal Association of Canada.

Please note, there is a minimum class enrolment for the "Tea for Coffee Shops" class. We will give you 7 days notice. At that time you can choose between a full refund or re-scheduled to the next available date.
